1. Imaging parameters: Titan Krios, K2, ~100 total electron dose, bi-directional from ~0 degree.
2. Ecoli_001.mrc: collect positive angle images first, then negative angle images.
3. Ecoli_002.mrc and Ecoli_003.mrc: collect negtive angle images first, then positive angle images.
4. The *.tlt files are the tilt angles after compensate the tilt between the lamella and the grid.
