This EMPIAR entry contains the IMOD files for subtomogram extraction from EMD-12749

The aligned stack has been CTF corrected by phase-flipping in IMOD.

To extract subtomograms at positions given by a coordinate file, use the program 'subtomosetup' from IMOD.
Example command line:
