Two datasets were collected at different dates and merged for data processing. Between the two datasets, 5,159 movies were collected. All frames were used during frame alignment. Only particles from dataset 19may24k were used for Bayesian polishing and all subsequent steps, including final C1 reconstruction, which is the particles.star file included.
