Dataset acquisition settings: Pixel size: 1.179A Dose rate: 4.87e/p/s Dose per tilt: 3.5/e/A2 Total dose: 143.5e/A2 Tilt range: +/- 60 deg with 3 deg increments Scheme: Dose symmetric Exposure time: 1.02s/tilt Illuminated area: 1.2um Spot size: 5 Folder structure: fractions/ - raw camera frames in EER format TS/ - tilt series in mrc format (individual tilts obtained by alignment and summation of frames) Gain reference: gainImage_16k.mrc Notes: #1 Use the relion_convert_to_tiff tool for rendering the EER movies into TIFF frames. We used --eer_grouping 49 and --eer_upsampling 2, resulting in 5 frames (8K x 8K) per tilt. #2 The gain reference is provided in 4x super-resolution (16K x 16K) in MRC format. In order to generate the multiplicative gain reference required for TIFF processing, it needs to be converted. This can also be done with the relion_convert_to_tiff tool using the --gain option. Note that the provided 16K gain reference may need to be resized to match your intended super-resolution mode (--eer_upsampling) prior to conversion. In such case use cropping in Fourier space to avoid aliasing. For more information refer to: https://relion.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Reference/MovieCompression.html
