As you can see, this dataset has plenty of polymorphs.

I have shown here that you can also do another approach in which you supply the initial model for a 3D classification and then you can use the corresponding class and particles for refinements as I did in earlier jobs. This would probably have been a better approach. This is job135 and job136.
You can also see, that there may be one more type: type 5. However, this one did not refine to higher resolution and may be a mixture of other types. As such, this type was not processed further.
