Targets were selected automatically using SPACEtomo. Yeast3-8 targeted mitochondria, Yeast3b, 8b and 9 targeted the nuclear envelope. However, many off target and other interesting features are included in the data.

Data was collected with beam image shift using PACE-tomo.

41 tilts, -51 to 69 degrees in 3 degree increments, dose-symmetric from 9 degrees start tilt
Dose: 4.35 e/A^2 per tilt
