<details>Raw, unaligned frame stacks (44 frames) of the catalytic subunit of protein kinase A bound to ATP, manganese, and protein kinase inhibitor (IP20) in vitreous ice imaged on a Talos Arctica using a K2 direct electron detector operating in counting mode - stage position used for exposure navigation. Movies were acquired in counting mode over 11 s with an exposure rate of 1.95 electrons per pixel per second, yielding a total exposure of ~69 electrons per squared Å (1.57 electrons per squared Å per frame), and a nominal defocus range of -0.6 μm to -1.8 μm. Data were collected over three separate sessions – two sessions without tilting the specimen (18feb27c and 18mar03b) and one session while tilting the specimen 30˚ (18aug21a). Images used for normalizations are also included (require flip in Y axis).</details>
