                    <details>Data were collected on an FEI Titan Krios at 300 kV and recorded using the EPU automated acquisition software on a FEI Falcon III direct electron detector. Movies were acquired at a rate of 1.5 sec per movie with a dose of 79.5 e-/Å2 across 59 frames (1.35 e-/Å2 dose per frame), using a defocus range of -0.8 μm to -3.0 μm and a magnified pixel size of 1.0651 Å. Movie frames were aligned using MotionCor2 with 5 by 5 patches and B-factor of 150 Å2.</details>
