        <details>Both nuclease treated near native and FIB-milled LmnaH222P/H222P tilt-series were acquired at a dose-fractionated of 1 frame per 0.2 seconds, at a magnification of 64 000 with a 0.22 nm pixel size and an angular range of -60° to 60°. Nuclease treated tilt series were acquired with bidirectional scheme and recorded with a 2° increment (accumulating ~140 e-/Å2) at a -6 defocus and aligned in imod. FIB-milled raw tilt series were acquired with dose-symmetric scheme and recorded with a 3° increment (accumulating ~155 e-/Å2) at a -4 defocus.</details>
