Data collection with a Titan Krios EM (300 kV) using a K2 Summit camera, 20 eV slit. Defocus range -1.3 to -5.5, exposure time 10.2 and 8 seconds, dose rate 1.967 e/A^2/sec (set 1), 2.521 e/A^2/sec (set 2), total dose 20 e/A^2.
CS = 2.7 mm, HT = 300 kV, AmpCnst = 0.07.
