Data was collected with beam image shift using PACE-tomo: 5x5 holes with 1 tilt series per hole on a QuantiFoil Cu 200 R1.2/1.3 grid. There is considerable beam tilt present and splitting the data in 1 optics group per tilt series is recommended.

21 tilts, +/- 30 degrees in 3 degree increments, dose-symmetric
Dose: 5.4 e/A^2 per tilt

Frames/ - movie frames gain corrected with outdated gain reference
TS/ - tilt series sorted by tilt angle, mdoc files and dose files usable in IMOD
gain_clamped.mrc - gain reference created from all frames using relion_estimate_gain and clamping extreme values
