                    <details>Unaligned multi-frame movies collected using serialEM on a CRYO ARM 300 EM operating at 300 kV equipped with an Omega-type in-column energy filter (slit width 20 eV) and a Gatan K3 electron detector (operated in correlated doubling sample mode). Movies were collected using the beam-image shift method (5×5×1 matrices), at a target defocus range of -1.2 to -1.6 µm and at a nominal magnification of ×60,000, corresponding to a calibrated pixel size of 0.752 Å/pixel. Each movie was recorded with an exposure time of 2.264 s, subdivided into 50 frames, with a total electron dose of 49.97 e-1 Å-2.</details>
