<details>These are the reconstructed tomograms containing gold labeled vesicles from a lipoprotein lipase (LPL) secretory vesicle data set. The tomograms were reconstructed in IMOD, binned 4 times, denoised using topaz, and corrected using IsoNet. The gold labeled vesicles were subsequently analyzed for the presence of LPL filaments.</details>
