The data were collected at a nominal magnification of ×120,000, corresponding to a pixel size of 0.84 Å/pixel, with a defocus range of -1 to -2.5 µm, an exposure time of 4.97 s (171 frames/1 fraction) and a total dose of 50 e-1 Å-2.</details>
